Direct Tribal Loans provides a free service that passes your loan request to lenders and lending partners in our network, and publishes educational content. We are not a lender, broker or financial adviser, and we do not make credit decisions.

We do not guarantee that you will receive an offer, that any offer will meet your needs or that the terms will match the examples on our site. Lenders set their own approval criteria, rates and terms.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to submit requests only for yourself. You authorize us and the lenders in our network to verify the information, including through consumer reporting agencies.

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it by automated means or use it for any unlawful purpose.

By submitting a request, you agree that we and lenders in our network may contact you by email, phone and text message about your request, using the details you provide. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP and out of marketing emails through the unsubscribe link. Opting out of our messages does not stop communications from a lender about a loan you have accepted.

Our guides are for general information and are not legal, tax or financial advice. We work to keep them accurate, but rates, laws and lender practices change, and examples are estimates.

All content on the site, including text, images and design, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Our site links to lender websites and other third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

Any loan you accept is a contract between you and the lender. We are not a party to that contract and are not responsible for the lender's actions.

The site and service are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any loan you obtain through a lender.

Some states do not allow certain limits on liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
